Max Verstappen will look to make even more history this weekend as Formula One returns to one of its most iconic tracks for the 2023 Belgian Grand Prix.
This weekend at Spa the Red Bull star could become just the second person in F1 history to take eight race victories in a row. Sebastian Vettel currently holds the record with nine for the same team during the 2013 season, though that could be in danger if Verstappen dominates again this time around.
That said, the chasing pack continues to grow stronger, especially thanks to McLaren's midseason resurgence. Their new upgrade package has transitioned the team from lower-midfield runners to potential race win challengers and with Lando Norris finishing P2 during the last two races, they could challenge again this weekend.
Verstappen's teammate Sergio Perez will also fancy his chances after his recovery drive at the Hungaroring last time out saw him finish third despite starting the race in P9 on the grid, whilst Lewis Hamilton continues to show great form of late.
