A product of British developer Sports Interactive and published by Sega worldwide, the game series was first published all the way back in 1992 under the title of 'Championship Manager'. It has since been rebranded as 'Football Manager' and the 2024 edition is set for release in the near future.

When is Football Manager 2024 released?
As has become the case with Football Manager over the past decade, the game is usually released much later than other sports games on the market, including FIFA (now EAFC) and Madden.
That's mostly due to the nature of how complicated the database is that is used by the Football Manager series, with game-makers keen to release the game with the most up-to-date information possible.
As such, the game is usually released in November. This year, Football Manager 2024 will be released on November 6, 2023.
Although the date hasn't been released yet, players who buy the game also usually get to play the Beta version in advance. That is usually released two weeks before the full game comes out and is used by Sports Interactive as a period where bugs can be fixed if players find them.

At present, Football Manager 2024 is on sale for £44.99 ($54.75) via Sports Interactive's official website.
Ahead of its full release on November 6, there's an offer on that website to save 10% when pre-ordering the game.
