Australia are through to another Women's T20 World Cup final, with the tournament favourites set to take on host nation South Africa in the decider.

After making light work of their group, the Aussies got home in a nail-biter against India on Thursday night and pushed themselves one step closer to the trophy.

South Africa were able to upset England in the other semi-final clash by six runs.

The final will take place in the early hours on Monday morning (AEDT).
