YouTuber and professional prizefighter Jake Paul is in a transitional period right now.

The embryonic stages of the fighting career of "The Problem Child" were padded out with money-spinning clashes against fellow YouTubers, MMA fighters, and athletes from other sports. While not against a real boxer, Paul will finally face a challenge in the form of a bare-knuckle wild card.

Mike Perry fights Paul in a boxing match after Mike Tyson backed out of their scheduled clash after suffering an ulcer flare-up. Perry was 14-8 in MMA, his last fight in 2021 with the UFC, before transitioning to bare-knuckle boxing. The "King of Violence” found a home in the sport and with Bare Knuckle FC, and has won three straight contests via TKO.

The Paul vs. Perry fight is on July 20 in the Amalie Arena in Tampa. It is Perry’s second pro boxing fight and first since 2015. If Paul wins, he is expected to earn a massive payday against a healthy Tyson in November.
