Fremantle must win their last match of the season against Port Adelaide if they are to make the finals.

After previously being on the cusp of a top four berth, three narrow losses in a row has seen them slip into 10th, and they now must hope at least one of Hawthorn, Carlton and the Western Bulldogs lose.

Port Adelaide will be looking to secure a top two finish and a home final, whilst also bouncing back from defeat in the Showdown.
